A Bit About Me
One of my earlier memories as a little girl is of me taking endless amounts of photos on disposable cameras. There was something so fascinating about cameras that captivated me. I’m not going to lie... the photos I took were extremely subpar. But I couldn’t keep my hands off. I would wander and photograph everything I saw, from my dogs, my backyard, blurry selfies.. The list goes on. It wasn’t until recently (my junior year of college), that I realized photography had always been a constant in my life. Even if I wasn’t aware of it as a child.
Photography has opened a can of interest in art, journalism, travel, technology, and other forms of online media. Choosing a path in media has honestly been one of the easiest decisions I have ever made and I have never looked back. Today, I am a student at the University of Georgia where I am a journalism major at the Grady College of Journalism & Mass Communication and a studio art minor at the Lamar Dodd School of Art. On campus my work can be seen in UGAzine, www.exploreathens.online, and www.36hoursinprague.com .
If you’d like to learn more about me and my work don’t hesitate to get in touch.
